Not too bad for an old guy...

Just a quick post tonight - I have some better material I'm working on, I promise!! :-)

Here is a video I put together with Rusty...

A few notes:

1) A pylon was harmed during the making of this movie. It is was an unfortunate thing, but we will just have to move on.

2) Sorry about all of the camera jiggling.

3) Don't worry - I'm not quitting my day job to make movies.

He looks so cute and happy! He's really filled out nicely... I love watching horses roll:-) of all the 13 years together I've never been able to get a video or pic of Lester rolling, how sad is that?!

He got some large, powerful kicks in there. He's so big and white around the middle. Kind of reminds me of the Pillsbury Dough Boy. What a cutie.

Ole Rusty: first a good roll - probably been lookin forward to that all day - then some half-hearted attempts at bucking. What a guy!

What a cool movie!

Ya know he is a really nice mover - way nicer than I thought he would be, I have seen some bad moving appy's lately - I am totally impressed. You know if you added a tail to him you could totally kick but in some zone shows up here.

Nice deep lope - pretty front end - looked totally sound and he had a sweet natural head set. I bet he is a nice ride.

Thanks for sharing!

He is cute - and a bit chubby now. Better than the half-starved rescue look he had going this summer... Not bad for 18 eh?! He is sound, but a tad stiff when we first start working.

I'm hoping to start riding regularly now the weather is a bit better and his eyes seem to be ok, so hopefully we can get some muscle on him (and me too!)

Steph - thanks - he does need a tail though, doesn't he? Poor guy! If things go ok, I might try taking him to a fun schooling show for a walk/trot class or something. We'll see how I feel.

So did you get dizzy from all that spinning and fall over?
lol!

He was obviously feeling good and he sure looks good, too. He's just so cute!!

Thanks for sharing the fun video :)
