FTC - Forgot the carrots
MIHA - Mare's in heat, again
IPTI - I'll pick up tennis instead

OOM - Out of money
MHTS - More horses than sense.
BAHHFDP - bought another horse husband filed divorce papers
GBBF - got board bill, fainted
GFBF - got farrier bill, fainted
HRHCF - husband realized horse costs, fainted
SLH - Smell like horse
DQFOY - Dressage Queen fell off - yippee
HTNHFH - Hiding the new horse from hubby
WWFNS - Will work for new saddle
AROGC - Arena rained out - going crazy
SSB - saddle sore butt
BTLGR - b###hy trainer left - good riddance
ALIGAR - At least I got a ribbon

Those are hilarious.
MHTS - More horses than sense reminds me of an ad I recently saw on Craig's List. This woman owned three horses, one for her, one for her husband and one for her son. However, each of these horses were too much for them to handle, so she wanted to rent or lease three bombproof horses for her family instead. I was thinking she must be in a hurry to ride, because she could always send the three horses she has off for training and get some riding lessons for everyone while she's at it.
Oh, those are awesome! Thanks for sharing. I absolutely must add some of those to my vocabulary.
Speaking of texting...I had to explain to my daughter that...LOL :-)...is NOT punctuation. She does not need to put that after every.single.sentence.
When you get a text like this (an actual text from Meg)...
"hahaha!Well shes bringin me in her boyfriends truck lol her little tonka toy wouldnt start ahaha shes so poed!!! lol im making fun of her to hee but were headed in lol gettin gas. lol :-)"
W.T.H.???? No wonder English and Grammar teachers are going crazy.

I'm with Story. I rarely use text speak. However, my 16 yr old does talk in text speak enough that I'd like to throttle her.

I am also one of those that doesn't abbreviate much when texting. I also tend to capitalize etc too. I have no idea why. Probably because it just makes more sense to me to use the whole word! LOL!
